I was feeling completely overwhelmed when I contacted Charlie’s Angels. It was the week before Xmas and I couldn’t escape the office. Charlie came to see me, I handed over my “wish list” and within days it was done. Amongst other things, Charlie organised the spare room (the family dumping ground) to be cleared out to accommodate visiting relatives, arranged cleaners to give the house a complete spring-clean, purchased and wrapped last-minute gifts, organised the ham and picked up all the groceries. My Christmas would have been a disaster if it were not for the help of Charlie’s Angels. Instead I got to enjoy the holiday relaxing with my family. Charlie and her team are a god-send!

Charlie has been a huge support over the last year assisting me with a number of things around the office including a major tidy up of our systems and processes, ensuring all our staff have current employment contracts, setting up and managing our client database and getting a website designed and developed for the deli.   Charlie uses initiative and takes on any projects I just don’t have the time (or the inclination if I’m honest!).  Her broad range of skills are invaluable and she’s also great at great at recommending new marketing ideas for the deli too.  It’s really reassuring to know I can just hand all these odd jobs over to Charlie and they will be completed with minimal input required from me meaning I can continue to focus on and work in my business.
